Inclusive businesses are private sector businesses specifically targeting low-income, fast growing developing markets with the double purpose of making reasonable profit and creating tangible development impact through the provision of products and services that matter for low income communities as well as sustainable jobs and better income opportunities. Inclusive Business Partners (IBP) is a not-for-profit centre whose mission is to transform markets to meet global development needs. We engage and support organisations in developing sustainable, innovative and inclusive business models that empowers and improves living conditions of low income people. By the end of 2022, we have worked to have impact across 15 countries, mainly in sub-Saharan Africa and Southern Asia, and enabled hundreds of businesses through our programmes.
