The Nordic Climate Finance Summit 2026 brought together leaders from finance, investment, business and climate action in Oslo around a shared challenge: how do we move more capital towards the solutions, assets and opportunities needed for a regenerative and resilient future?
For Fellow Future, the Summit marked an important milestone — and the beginning of a new chapter. We launched Regenera Natural Capital, our joint venture with Sarnian Group Inc., created to connect natural capital and regenerative opportunities with the investment architecture, governance, evidence and execution needed to move from potential to implementation and scale.
Across two days of discussions, one message came through clearly: capital alone is not enough. There is no shortage of promising projects, committed people, organizations, or investor interest. Yet too often, opportunities and capital remain disconnected.
Moving capital at scale requires the structures and relationships that bring together origination, capital, governance, evidence, markets and execution — enabling credible opportunities to become investable and scalable. This is the space our platforms are built to address.
The Summit also reflected a larger ambition: positioning the Nordics as a global hub for climate finance. The region brings together strong financial institutions, innovation, sustainability leadership, academic research and a long tradition of public-private collaboration.
There is an opportunity to build on these strengths — not only by mobilizing Nordic capital, but by connecting capabilities, knowledge and investment with credible opportunities internationally. Fellow Future and Regenera Natural Capital are proud to be part of that journey, building partnerships and helping create pathways between capital and opportunities on the ground.
Our session, “From Fragmentation to Function: Building the Infrastructure for Regenerative Markets,” brought together different perspectives on what is still needed for natural capital and regenerative opportunities to become functioning, investable markets.
The discussion ranged from capital and market structures to evidence, integrity, governance and implementation. For us, these are not separate challenges. They are interconnected parts of the same system. And this is where the next chapter begins.
Through Fellow Future, Regenera Natural Capital and a growing ecosystem of partners and initiatives, we are moving from developing the architecture to applying it in practice. We are expanding our work across traceability and verification, leadership and learning, events and convening, and new methodologies and tools for turning insight into action.
Our growing pipeline spans True Harvest Cocoa in Cameroon, conservation, low-impact hospitality and nature-based ownership with Preserve in Patagonia, Chile, forestry and mangrove restoration across South America, Central America and Sub-Saharan Africa — connecting capabilities, evidence, partnerships and capital to move from opportunity to implementation.

A special thank you to the Nordic Climate Finance Summit team for bringing together such a diverse group of people and organizations around a shared ambition — and for creating a space where new ideas and collaborations could begin to take shape. We look forward to continuing the conversation and building on the momentum from Oslo.
For Regenera Natural Capital™, the next phase is about accelerating partnerships and execution — advancing the pipeline and moving what is already taking shape further and faster.
For Fellow Future™, we continue building the infrastructure and ecosystem that make regenerative markets work — while opening new pathways for collaboration, transformation, and shared value.
And we are only getting started. If you see a place where our paths could meet, we would love to hear from you.
