Erika Johansson is the founder of Fellow Future and the system architect behind its vision for regenerative market infrastructure.

With a PhD in Environmental Science and more than 30 years of experience across impact and regeneration, conservation, innovation, circular economy, technology and sustainable development, her work has consistently focused on a central challenge: how to turn knowledge, ambition and fragmented initiatives into coordinated action and measurable value.

Erika founded Fellow Future in 2018 to address the structural gaps that prevent sustainable and regenerative solutions from moving from intention to implementation and scale. Her work has shaped the FF operating model, impact funnel, protocol and governance frameworks, digital infrastructure, and its evolving approach to readiness, traceability, evidence and intelligence.

Today, she leads the continued development of FF's shared market infrastructure connecting organisations, capabilities, opportunities, solutions, evidence, ecosystems and capital — creating the conditions for regenerative markets to thrive.

Erika is also Co-Founder of Regenera Natural Capital and Co-Founder & Board Member of True Harvest Cocoa, translating this systems approach into natural capital investment and real-world circular and regenerative value chains.

She is strategic Partner of Preserve to advance regeneration, connecting conservation, natural assets, impact investments, hospitality, and long-term value creation in Patagonia.

Bringing together research, business, technology, innovation and ecosystem collaboration, her work is grounded in a simple belief: regeneration is not a sector, but a different way of understanding, designing how markets, organisations and capital work together.
